Jason grew up in the US where he worked as a chef. He has always been passionate for cooking and BBQ.He wanted to share his love for food with the world. In 2014, he opened his own restaurant, Salt Lick, in Taiwan.
Salt Lick is a Western-style restaurant that serves up all of Jason's favorite BBQ dishes. The menu features pulled pork, brisket, ribs, and chicken which pair nicely with local draft beers. Jason is committed to using fresh, local ingredients, which he believes is the only way to truly capture the taste of his home.
He smokes all of his meats using traditional methods, which gives them a unique flavor that you won't find anywhere else. If you are looking for a taste of the American, then be sure to visit Salt Lick.

great pride in making sure the restaurant runs smoothly behind the scenes. Sabrina's dedication to making sure everyone has a great time is clear in how she treats both the staff and the customers. She believes that making sure everyone has a good experience is key to Salt Lick's success.
